Good bike, consistent service

This was my third purchase from HJM Bike, I picked up the HJM Mars this time. I've had a Toury for a couple of years and wanted something more compact for trips. Love my new ebike!

I just got the HJM Koala and it's fantastic! I've been wanting an electric cargo bike for ages and this one is perfect. It handles groceries and my kid's school bag with no problem. The pedal assist sensor works great and makes hills so much easier. I even added a front basket later which was easy to install. Delivery was quick, got it in about 4 days. I'm telling all my neighbors to check out HJM Bike!

Yeah, I got my Mars in like 8 days to Upstate NY. Seems like East Coast is pretty fast. They don't ship to like, Hawaii or anything though, so you're good.

how do HJM bikes compare to Lectric eBikes? Looking at the Koala vs one of Lectric's folding ones.

HJM Koala is pretty similar to the Lectric XP. Both are good value. I went with HJM because I liked the motor and battery placement a bit better.

Lectric is super popular for sure. HJM often has slightly bigger batteries or motors on some models for the same price point sometimes, I think. Hard to go wrong with either honestly.

Totally legit. My Toury holds up great. Definitely not like, super high-end components you'd see on a $5k bike, but really good for the price point. No complaints here.

Afraid not, pretty sure most places, HJM included, only let you use one coupon. But they usually have automatic discounts for two bikes, so check for that at checkout!
